I must admit that I am deeply in love with Target! The home decor sections reminds me of Winners (which I love) but organized!

I found this skirt on sale for $12.95 by Mossimo. It's a sateen skirt so the material is thicker and helps keep the pencil shape. It fits perfectly on and surprisingly doesn't look cheap! I'm excited to wear this to work tomorrow!
