For more info on Kale's benefits {Click Here}
Here's how I make them:
- One bunch of Kale
- Olive Oil
- Sea Salt to taste
- Baking Pans (Larger ones)
- Parchment Paper
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Wash & dry kale
- Remove leaves from the stem (rib) & discard stems
- Rip the leaves into large pieces
- Line baking sheets/pans with parchment paper
- Arrange leaves on the pan without over lapping the leaves
- Lightly spray or brush olive oil on the leaves
- Lightly sprinkle sea salt to taste
- Bake each tray (middle rack) for 6-8 mins until the leaves shrink, turn deep green & crispy (If the leaves turn brownish then you have over baked the leaves)
Pictures & Tips
{Pick a bunch that has larger leaves without holes}
{Learn from my mistake, don't leave the stems on. The steams take longer to bake and don't make a difference in taste}
{Kale leaves will shrink so don't be afraid to put more leaves on the pans}
{If you wish to skip the salt during baking, you could always add it in the end}
